If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or changed your mind, simply send it back within 30 days and we will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
- No explanation needed, simply email us and give us the order number and which items you are returning.
- Pop the items in the mail to us. When we get them we’ll contact you - and refund you the value of the items.
- Of course returned items need to be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, free of damages and returned in their original packaging. For a full refund just make sure you return the item within 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping for returning your item.
- Returns should be sent to the address included in your packages with a trackable method (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS).
- Please note that customized and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
- We recommend insuring your return. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
- If you received a package with an error, wrong order or a general mistake on our part please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and name of the item.
When can I expect my refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
